The biggest shift generally occurs at week 1, further hypnosis is carried out at each of our review sessions to continue the ‘letting go’ process you have started, to enhance your ability to relax, and to help you further promote and embed the process and changes happening.
The mentoring process is to help you understand, recognise, accept, and process the changes that are occurring as a new neural path is created, whilst you continue to release the negative cycle you have been holding on to at a subconscious level.

You will normally notice such changes fairly immediately or by the end of the first week.
As the programme progresses, you will start to realise you are no longer feeling out of control or held in the grip of those debilitating fears and anxieties, as any related panic attacks and other physical symptoms you have been struggling with occur less frequently, until you have them under control and they resolve.
