Retreat Terms & Conditions

Cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat are non-refundable.

However, if we are able to fill your space with another booking, we will refund your payment in full regardless of when you cancel.

Terms & Conditions

Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the retreat start date. If payment is not received by this time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and offer the space to another guest.

We reserve the right to make minor changes to the retreat schedule if necessary (for example, due to weather or unforeseen circumstances), but the quality and overall experience will always be maintained.

In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

We cannot accept responsibility for travel delays, personal circumstances, or events beyond our control that prevent you from attending. We recommend taking out suitable travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes.

By booking, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and are responsible for your own well-being throughout the retreat. Please inform us in advance of any health conditions or access needs that may affect your participation.

If you cancel and we are able to re-sell your place, a full refund will be issued regardless of when the cancellation is made.
